Scott Phillips was born in Dallas, Texas.  He attended Bible College in Jackson, Mississippi.  Here, Scott began his ministry in 1990 and has served in a number of capacities in the local church as well as the organization through the years.  He has pastored in three different cities in the past twenty three years.   He is the writer for his Blog, “In Him, By Him, Through Him.”  This site hosts thousands of writings and has had millions of readers.   He also has published two books.    Scott and his wife Becky have three sons.   They pastor Springridge Pentecostal Church in Raymond, MS.
