Bishop Jerry Wayne Dillon was born in October of 1949 and raised in Tylertown, MS. After attending Southwest College of McComb, MS he received his call to preach and furthered his education at the Pentecostal Bible Institute in Tupelo, MS. Entering the evangelistic field at the age of 18, Pastor Dillon began a tenure of travel that would extend over the next 10 years. On December 16th, 1972, Pastor Dillon and a beautiful lady by the name of Sandra Kaye Ford were married in her home church of Sandy Lake, Louisiana. Together they set out on a journey that has produced fruit in the areas of evangelism, church planting, and foreign missions service. In 1977, Pastor and Sis. Dillon settled in Canton, MS and began to pastor the congregation there. Through their efforts in revival, home bible studies, soul-winning, and anointed weekly services, the church grew in number. In 1991, Pastor Dillon was led by God to open a daughter work in Madison County, only a few miles down the interstate from Canton. Because Pastor and Sis. Dillon were obedient to the direction God had given them for this season, Parkway Church was born and has become a thriving church within the city limits of Madison. Pastor Jerry W. Dillon and his wife, Sandra, have become influential leaders within Madison County, Mississippi and around the world, serving in many roles to meet the needs of their community. Ultimately, their goal is to bring the life changing experience of knowing Jesus Christ to every person they meet.
Pastor Jason W. Dillon, raised in Madison County, is the eldest son of Pastor and Mrs. Jerry W. Dillon. He and his family currently reside in Madison the City. Pastor Jason began traveling as an evangelist at the age of 18. First receiving an Associates of Arts degree in Accounting from Holmes Community College, he then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology in 2001 from Twin Cities University, and was ordained with the United Pentecostal Church in 2008. His wife, Christine, was born and raised in Washington state. She began traveling with her husband, helping him minister, after their marriage in August of 2003. The Lord located this evangelist and his family full-time to the City of Madison as an Associate Pastor at Parkway Pentecostal Church in June of 2005, just before their first son was born in October of 2005. The Lord blessed, and in January of 2010, a second son was welcomed into the Dillon family. Pastor Jason and his family plan to remain in Madison and continue to assist his parents in growing and developing Parkway Pentecostal Church for the future generations of this community. They have a deep love for family, community and their local church family. They desire to see each one grow in the knowledge of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
